In this classroom-based course, participants will learn to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR to victims of all ages, use an AED and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner. The course is also designed to earn CEU\/SEMI credits for Educators to assist with license recertification needs. Don&rsquo;t miss out on the opportunity to learn the key changes in CPR under the 2010 American Heart Association guidelines for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care. <\/p>\n<p>Join the Air Evac Lifeteam instructors for this Heartsaver CPR course. This course will meet on Monday, May 6 at 4 p.m. in the Hugh Ellis Walker Alumni Building Simmons Room on the DSU campus, and the cost is $20 per person, which includes the cost of CEU\/SEMI credits. Certification cards will be issued for participants who successfully complete this course. <\/p>\n<p>Pre-Registration is REQUIRED for this course.
