Students participating in this once-in-a-lifetime adventure will enjoy an amazing journey through Big Bend National Park by canoe down the Rio Grande River observing amazing landscapes, water features, and living on personal provisions.<\/p>\n<p>Participants will learn all necessary skills prior to departure &ndash; no experience is necessary.&nbsp; Six days and five nights will be spent learning &lsquo;leave no trace ethics,&rsquo; canoe rescues and skills, primitive camping, day-hiking and back-country cooking. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The cost is $385 per person.
