{"id":2280,"date":"2010-11-04T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2010-11-04T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deltastate.edu\/news-and-events\/2010\/11\/04\/low-brass-ensembles-to-present-concert-at-delta-state\/"},"modified":"2013-09-09T14:07:32","modified_gmt":"2013-09-09T14:07:32","slug":"low-brass-ensembles-to-present-concert-at-delta-state","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deltastate.edu\/news-and-events\/2010\/11\/low-brass-ensembles-to-present-concert-at-delta-state\/","title":{"rendered":"Low Brass Ensembles to present concert at Delta State"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Delta State University&rsquo;s Department of Music will present a Low Brass Ensemble concert at 7:30 p.m., on Tuesday, Nov. 9, in the Recital Hall of Bologna Performing Arts Center. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Low Brass Ensemble, directed by Dr. Douglas Mark, assistant professor of music at Delta State, is a harmonious collection of trombone, euphonium and tuba performers. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the full Low Brass Choir, the concert will feature the Delta State Trombone Choir and the Delta State Tuba-Euphonium Choir.<\/p>\n<p>The performance will include music from a wide variety of time periods and styles.
