The Department of Music at Delta State University will present its spring choir concert, featuring the Chamber Singers, Chorale, and Delta Singers at 7:30 p.m., April 29, at the First United Methodist Church in Cleveland. <\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

The concert’s theme, “Made in America,” will feature music by composers David Dickau, Moses Hogan, Craig Hella Johnson, Morten Lauridsen, Gwyneth Walker, Eric Whitacre, and others. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

The choirs are under the direction of Dr. Richard Waters, director of choral activities at Delta State. They will be accompanied by Christopher Winston, sophomore music major from Daphne, Ala., and Dr. Kumiko Shimizu, assistant professor of music at Delta State.<\/span><\/p>\n
