Dr. Luther Brown, director of the Delta State University Delta Center for Culture and Learning, presented a noontime lecture at the William F. Winter Archives and History Building in Jackson on April 7 as part of the "History is Lunch" series.  <\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n
