Lee Aylward of the Delta Center of Culture and Learning at Delta State University recently lead a group of Harvard undergraduate students on a tour of the Delta. <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n The students are a part of the Phillips Brooks House Association (PBHA) at Harvard University. PBHA is a student-run, staff-supported public service\/social action organization at Harvard College providing a variety of services to the Greater Boston community. PBHA is a unique manifestation of college students’ ideals, energy, and initiative and is often referred to as “the best course at Harvard.” Each year over 1,400 volunteers participate in over 85 programs. <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n These six students spent their spring break working at the Sunflower Freedom Project.<\/span><\/p>\n Harvard students with Lee Aylward (fifth from left) at the Capps Archives and Museum at Delta State.
