Students and employees who received a partial or full COVID-19 vaccination at any approved location (on or off-campus) are eligible to participate.<\/p>\n

To enter, submit your vaccination record before 12 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 30, 2021, using the link below. If you have submitted your proof of vaccination prior to the contest\u2019s start date, you do not need to resubmit to be considered.[\/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”No Line”][vc_column_text]\n
