Names of all participants in the rehearsal must be listed on the reservation form. The room includes a sound system and microphones on stands.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #2d2d2d;\">Available Hours:<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #2d2d2d;\">Monday-Friday \u00a0\u00a0 5:00pm-11pm<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #2d2d2d;\">Saturday \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 9:00am-11pm<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #2d2d2d;\">Sunday \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a012:00pm-10pm<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #2d2d2d;\">Band leader\/member\/student\u00a0must complete and submit the information form\u00a0below to DMI <strong>48 hours<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>or more in advance<\/strong> of rehearsal to secure room reservation.\u00a0<strong>Requests submitted less than 48 hours in advance of the requested start time will not be approved. Requests submitted after 12 pm on Friday will not be processed until the following business day (Monday)<\/strong>. A reply to requests is forwarded to the student of record by the DMI Studio\/Production Manager (<a href=\"mailto:studiomgr@deltastate.edu\">studiomgr@deltastate.edu<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Whitfield 205-A is available for reservation to current DMI students. Any other requests for the use of WH205-A are addressed on an individual basis by the DMI Studio\/Production Manager.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #2d2d2d;\">Whitfield 205-B is available to B4Y2K, DeltaRox, and Ol&#8217; Skool Revue bands only. Any other requests for the use of WH205-B are addressed on an individual basis by <a href=\"mailto: bbays@deltastate.edu\">Professor Barry Bays<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #2d2d2d;\">Students reserving DMI rehearsal rooms are prohibited from propping open exterior doors once inside the building.\u00a0 Violations of this policy will result in loss of access to the rehearsal space for one semester.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d;\">Please be reminded that DMI policy mandates that the student of record must not leave the rehearsal room unattended at any time, no persons should be involved in a rehearsal that have not been listed on the form, and the student of record is responsible for the proper use and security of all equipment.<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d;\">\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"color: #2d2d2d;\">Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action and\/or fines.\u00a0<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\n<p style=\"color: #2d2d2d;\">DMI Studio\/Production Manager will confirm request by email. Students reserving rehearsal space are responsible for the security of reserved space and all related departmental equipment.
