custom_height=&#8221;15&#8243;][vc_column_text]Official transcripts from Delta State University must be ordered online via Parchment.\u00a0 You may have your transcript sent to yourself, a third party, or have it held for pickup.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Please click on the Request Transcript icon at the bottom of this page to enter your order.\u00a0 If you experience issues placing an order over the Internet or have questions about charges, contact Parchment support using the following link:\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.parchment.com\/chat-support\">www.parchment.com\/chat-support.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Transcript Fee<\/strong><\/span> \u2013 The transcript fee is $11.00 for Electronic Delivery and Pick-Up orders of a paper copy.\u00a0 Additional fees will be applied to paper transcripts ordered with shipping including: mailed by USPS, USPS International, FedEx Overnight Domestic, and FedEx International Priority.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Transcript Policies<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy ACT of 1974, records may not be released to a third party without a written, signed authorization of the student.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Special Considerations When Ordering &#8211; Hold for Degree\/Grades<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you place an order before your degree is awarded and you need your degree reflected on the transcript, in the &#8220;When do you want this sent?&#8221; section, choose &#8220;Hold for Degree&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>If you place an order before grades are awarded and you need the grades from the current term to be on the transcript, in the &#8220;When do you want this sent?&#8221; section, choose &#8220;Hold for Grades&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>If you fail to choose either of these options as needed, you must re-order the transcript at your own cost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Requesting an Official Transcript<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>1. Click &#8220;Request Transcript&#8221; button below.<br \/>\n2. Create an account with Parchment or sign in to your existing account.\u00a0 Students must create an account to request a transcript.\u00a0 All requests must be purchased via Credit or debit Cards during the process.<br \/>\n3. Select &#8220;Save Account and Continue with Order&#8221;.<br \/>\n4. Students are responsible for verifying transcripts emailed to NON-member institutions, businesses, or people will be accepted.<\/li>\n<li>Please note that to be considered official, the transcripts must be sent directly from our vendor, Parchment, to the intended recipient.\u00a0 Neither Parchment nor DSU can authenticate electronic transcripts forwarded from the recipient to another person, business, or institution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>US Mail<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Standard USPS delivery charge through Parchment: $2.95, PLUS $11 per transcript.<\/li>\n<li>International USPS delivery charge through Parchment: $6.00, PLUS $11 per transcript.<\/li>\n<li>Transcripts sent by US mail directly to institutions and\/or businesses are sent as &#8216;Official&#8217; transcripts.<\/li>\n<li>Students are responsible for ensuring the receiver will accept transcripts via mail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pick-Up (paper copy)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Paper transcript for pick-up charge: $11 per transcript.<\/li>\n<li>Transcripts can be ordered by the student for pick-up at the Registrar&#8217;s Office by either the student or another designated person.\u00a0 The person picking up the transcript is required to show official photo identification (driver&#8217;s license, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Students are responsible for ensuring the receiver will accept &#8216;Issued to Student&#8217; transcripts provided in sealed envelopes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fed Ex<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>FedEx overnight charge through Parchment: $35.00 (within the United States), PLUS $11 per transcript.<\/li>\n<li>FedEx international priority charge through Parchment: $65.00, PLUS $11 per transcript.<\/li>\n<li>FedEx orders containing attachments are subject to longer processing times, and your transcript may take longer to deliver.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Unofficial Transcripts<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>If you are currently enrolled or have been enrolled within one calendar year, you can access your unofficial transcript through MyDSU Online Services.\u00a0 Unofficial transcripts are not available if you have not been enrolled within one calendar year.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Transcripts from Other Institutions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>New students, transfer students, and returning DSU students must submit official academic transcripts from other institutions to the Office of Admissions. Official transcripts can be sent electronically to <a href=\"mailto:admissions@deltastate.edu\">admissions@deltastate.edu<\/a> or mailed to Office of Admissions, Kent Wyatt Hall 117, 1003 W Sunflower Rd, Cleveland, MS 38733-0001.<\/p>\n<p>International transcripts must be certified and translated into English through World Education Services, Inc.
