When Hurricane Katrina struck the Gulf Coast, our faculty and students were on the front lines, directing Mississippi\u2019s geospatial response and producing over 7,000 linear feet of maps to support the crisis. That experience shaped our core philosophy: combining technical mastery with a liberal arts foundation to develop skilled professionals who use imagery, mapping, and geospatial data to respond effectively to global challenges.<\/p>\n<p>This <a href=\"https:\/\/usgif.org\/education\/#geoint-certificates\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">USGIF-accredited program<\/a> is delivered in a fully-online, asynchronous format, intentionally designed to meet your needs as a traditional or non-traditional student (working professional and active-duty military personnel) who require the flexibility to balance their studies with demanding careers.
