Fall & Spring Semester
Monday thru Thursday: 8 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Summer Terms
Monday thru Thursday: 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

***Interim & Holiday Hours will be posted at the post office as needed.


Mail Service

Resident students are assigned a mailbox during orientation or by visiting the post office located in the H.L. Nowell Union. Commuter students and those residents in family housing and Hill Apartments may reserve a campus box for a yearly fee to be paid at the post office.

Box holders are required to provide a forwarding address to the post office when leaving the University for any reason.

Daily mail service is available during the posted office hours.

The post office accepts packages mailed through the United States Postal Service ONLY.

To receive mail through the postal service, your mail should be addressed as the following:

FedEx, UPS, and DHL Package Delivery

The Office of Housing & Residence Life will accept packages for residents that are delivered by common carriers (i.e., UPS, Federal Express, RPS, DHL, or others).

Package must show the following:
Student’s Name
Residence Hall
Room Number
Student’s Campus Phone NumberĀ 
DSU Box
DSU-Bailey 108
Coahoma Street
Cleveland, MS 38733

All packages will be delivered to the Office of Housing & Residence Life. The student will then be called to Bailey 108 to pick up the delivery. The University Post Office will only accept packages mailed through the United States Postal System.
