The Student Court is charged with the interpretation of the Delta State University SGA constitution with the disposition of the Chief Justice. The Court is comprised of a Chief Justice, a student elected by the student body, and six (6) appointed Court Justices. The Chief Justice may appoint a Secretary to compile minutes and handle other written work designated by the Court.
The Student Court also conducts hearings and reach decisions on student parking appeals along with hearing cases dealing with impeachment proceedings.
