Student Court

The Student Court is charged with the interpretation of the SGA constitution and the election code. The Court is comprised of a Chief Justice, a student elected by the student body, and 10 Court Justices. The Court Justices select an Associate Chief Justice and Secretary among their group each academic year.

The Student Court also conducts hearings and reach decisions on student parking appeals along with hearing cases dealing with grievance between individual students and groups of students, groups of students, and conduct impeachment proceedings. Students may appeal a citation by visiting the Office of Student Life Ticket Appeals page. All citation appeals must be cleared through the Office of Student Life before being heard by the SGA.
