DR. EDYE CAMERON McMILLEN
Dr. McMillen received both her Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in Food Science and Technology from Mississippi State University. She has a B.S. degree in Home Economics Education which she earned from Texas Woman's University. Dr. McMillen has worked in Research and Development for several companies including retailers Kroger and Martha White as well as ingredient supplier A.E. Staley Manufacturing Co. and Wholesalers BakeMark, Bunge and Chef Solutions, Inc. She joined the faculty in 2002.
