Career Services
The Career Services Office at Delta State University is centralized on the third floor of the H. L. Nowell Student Union for undergraduate & graduate students and alumni who seek career employment in education, business, industry, healthcare, arts & sciences and government. Registration is voluntary: students are encouraged to register with the Career Services prior to graduation. Other services include: resume consultations, career coaching, job postings, job search planning, FOCUS Career Testing, workshops on interviewing & business etiquette skills, on-campus interviews, email newsletter, Career Ambassadors' student organization and much more. Career Services sponsors a Fall and Spring Career Fair, two Teacher Recruitment Days, annual Criminal Justice Fair and an annual Health Care Day. These events are open to undergraduates, graduate students, and alumni providing opportunities to explore careers, schedule interviews and discuss internships.
