- Education Place - K-8 resources for teachers and graphic organizers. This site includes links to special activities and monthly themes for projects or displays. Topics include reading, social studies, science, and math.
- Mississippi Curriculum Frameworks - K-12 curriculum for all subjects. Created by the Mississippi Department of Education, this site provides suggested competencies, objectives, strategies, and methods for each discipline and grade level.
- Mississippi State Adopted Textbooks - Provides a catalog to all state-adopted textbooks. Access a list of all 2002 Adopted Titles from the New section. A calendar for scheduled releases can also be found on this page.
- Nuttin' but Kids - Aimed at teachers or parents, this site provides fun activities and games for young students.
- Seven Time-Management Sanity Savers - A former teacher describes a step-by-step approach for being a better time manager. SCHOLASTIC also provides a helpful Teacher Resource Center.

- Atlapedia Online - Maps, key facts, and statistics on countries. The Class Resources section is available through subscription.
- Awesome Library - Social Studies - For each social studies topic, students and teachers can access lists of lesson plans, papers, project ideas, and additional sites for further study.
- EDSITEment - User friendly site that allows users to search for lesson plans and web sites by grade level and/or by subcategory (i.e. Human Rights, Africa, World War II)
- The History Channel - Provides great ideas for history teachers. Classroom features include Speech Archive, Ideas From Our Teachers, and Hometown History. Additionally, you can access study guides and other class materials.
- States and Capitals - Contains all the reference information you need to know about each of the fifty states. You can also find links to several directories and sites for teachers on the home page.
