Services Provided at Student Health

• Nurses are availble from Sunday 3 PM through Friday 3 PM.
• Beds available for students at no charge: Each room has a remote controlled television and meals are provided.
• Medications are given for acute illnesses (those illnesses occurring at school).
• Advice is given to help reduce the need to take medications.
• Some pamphlets and brochures relating to student health issues are available. 
• Friendly staff.
• Excuse given to students that remain in the bed at the health center during the hours of the classes missed.
• We provide first-aid for burns, scratches, and scrapes; dressings are changed, if necessary.
• A safe haven for assault, rape, and battery.
