  • Provides schools and organizations with qualified theology teachers;
  • Provides businesses with personnel who can read and adapt ethical principles to their own practices;
  • Provides churches philosophic and religious education that fosters an atmosphere of ecumenism with knowledge of other religions;
  • Prepares students to continue their studies on a doctoral level;
  • Engages students in current research and scholarship on religion.
