The campus event calendar and facility reservations may be made through the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs. Instructions and forms may be found below. Please call (662) 846-4150 or visit 307 H.L. Nowell Union for any questions. Please be a specific as possible when submitting an event for the calendar or making facility reservations. |

If you need to reserve a facility for an event, please submit the facility reservation form online or to the Office of Student Affairs. |
