The Office of Admissions is here to assist you throughout the application process for admission into Delta State University. To begin, download and complete the application for admission below. Next, mail your application along with the $100.00 USD non-refundable application fee, to the following address:

In addition to the application for admission, all undergraduates must submit the following:
Official Transcripts – Certified, attested, or translated copies of academic documents from all secondary and post-secondary schools must be mailed to the Admissions Office directly from the WES evaluation agency. All international transcripts must be translated prior to submitting. To access recommended evaluation services, click here.
Documented proof of English language proficiency, the following are acceptable –
- Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). The minimum acceptable scores are: 196 computer-based, 70 internet-based, or 525 paper-based.
- Completion of intensive English training at a U.S. college, must present certificate.
- English is listed as the first language on the Senior Certificate.
Declaration of financial support for Delta State University
Financial Statement - Official statement from your bank verifying funds are available equal to $24,605 U.S. dollars to cover the cost of your education and stay in the U.S for one academic year. This statement must be issued within six months of your enrollment. If a statement from your bank is not possible, funds may be wired directly to Delta State University to cover the costs of one semester ($12,303 USD).
