International Student Graduate Admission
The Graduate Office is here to assist you throughout the application process for admission into Delta State University. To begin, complete the application for admission online. Submit the $30.00 USD non-refundable application fee to the following address:

In addition to the application for admission, you must submit the following:
Official Transcripts – Certified, attested, or translated copies of academic documents from all secondary and post-secondary schools must be mailed to the Admissions Office.
Documented proof of English language proficiency, the following are acceptable –
- Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). The minimum acceptable scores are: 196 computer-based, 70 internet-based, or 525 paper-based.
- Completion of intensive English training at a U.S. college, must present certificate.
- English is listed as the first language on the Senior Certificate.
Declaration of financial support for Delta State University
Financial Statement - Official statement from your bank verifying funds are available equal to $24,000 U.S. dollars to meet expenses for each calendar year.
