Thanks for your interest in music at Delta State! We have many opportunities to offer oboists. Opportunities for music majors and non-majors include:
- Private oboe lessons with Dr. Bret Pimentel (email, 662 846-4608)
- Ensembles including:
- Wind Ensemble
- Symphonic Band
- DSU “Fighting Okra” Marching Band - oboists often participate on other instruments
- Wind Quintet
- Scholarships for outstanding student musicians
