General Archives Rules:
1. Only use a pencil in the Archives. No ink pens.
2. Please place all bags and additional equipment on the floor. Only collections should be on the table while conducting research.
3. Patrons are not allowed to scan or take photographs of materials unless authorized by the Archivist.
4. Copies can be made of materials with Archives staff supervision. Copies are 10 cents per page. See the Fees & Services for additional duplication requests. Please be aware of the Copyright Restriction warnings posted in the Archives.
I understand that it is the responsibility of the Archives staff to preserve materials in the collections and that if I am careless or irresponsible in handling materials, I will be denied further access.
