Resident Assistants

Your R.A. is the person on your floor or in your apartment complex who is there to assist, just as the name implies. From that point it becomes very difficult to say what the R.A. does because the jobs are too numerous to list. If you need someone to talk to about anything, consider your R.A., or if you need to know something about your new floor, hall, area, apartment complex, college or town; your R.A. helps.

If you need to check in or out of the halls, or apartments, the R.A. helps. If you are having academic, roommate, or personal problems, or any type of problem and need someone to talk to, visit with your R.A. If he/she can’t help, you will be directed to someone who can.
