Password resets must be done in person. You will need to come to Bailey 102 and bring your student id. No password will be changed for anyone over the phone or via an email request at this time. NO EXCEPTIONS
How do I check my email?
Your email is delivered into your inbox and you will see the new messages upon login. Your email message list is auto-refreshed. But you can manually check for new mail by clicking on the
button.

How do I compose an email?
Click the
button to compose a new email message. This will allow you to choose recipients, compose email, add attachments, and send email. You can customize your message by using the formatting and style toolbars.
§ Send. Click to send the message.
§ Cancel. Click to cancel a message.
§ Save to Drafts. Click to save a draft of your message in the Drafts email folder.
§ Attachments. Click to display the File to attach text box, Browse button, and Insert File button.
§ Options. Click
to show display options for the Compose Message page. Click
to hide the display options for the Compose Message page.
§ Show CC. Select this option to display the Carbon Copy (CC) text box.
§ Show BCC. Select this option to display the Blind Carbon Copy (BCC) text box.
§ Send as Plain Text. Select this option if you do not want your message formatted with the text styles and formatting toolbar settings.
Note: Once you have clicked Send, you cannot cancel sending the message.

How do I manage attachments?
If your email message has an attachment, you have two choices – either view the attachment or save it locally.
To view an email file attachment:
1. Open the email message with the attachment.
2. Click the file attachment and the File Download dialog appears.
3. Click Open to view the file attachment in the browser.
To save an email file attachment:
- Open the email message with the attachment.
- Click the attachment and the File Download dialog appears.
- Click Save to save the file attachment to a folder. The Save As dialog box appears.
- Browse to the folder where you want to save the file, then click Save.

How do I delete email messages?
Deleting a single message:
§ Click on the email message that you wish to delete, and then click Delete to delete a message.
Deleting multiple messages:
§ Press Ctrl and click multiple messages in the Message List or in a folder, then click Delete to delete the messages.
- OR -
§ Press Shift and click the first and last message in a consecutive list of messages, then click Delete to delete the messages.
Note: Once messages are deleted they are moved to your deleted items folder. You will need to empty this folder frequently to stay within your 10MB mailbox size. If you are not receiving new email please check your mailbox size and remove any unnecessary trash from your deleted folder.

How do I create a new folder?
- Click the folder above the folder level where you want to add a new folder.
- Click
A new folder is created and is highlighted to name the folder.
- Enter the name of the folder you want to create.

How do I delete a folder?
Important: Messages in a folder are permanently deleted when you click Delete.
- Highlight the folder you want to delete.

How do I add contacts to my address book?
1. In the Contacts menu bar, click New. The Add New Contact page opens.
2. Enter the contact information, then click Save and Close

How do I edit contacts already in my address book?
1. In the Contacts window, select the contact name. The Edit Contact page opens.
2. View the detailed contact information or enter additional contact information, then click Save and Close.

How do I change my user preferences?
You can change your password and personalize your mail sending, message display, forwarding, and delete options by clicking the Preferences tab at the bottom left side of the page.

How do I logout of OKRAmail?
Always remember to completely logout of your OKRAmail account. Click on the
link at the top/right corner of your OKRAmail window.
