Orientation Dates for Summer 2008Ø Freshman Students & Parents: These sessions are designed for first-time freshmen who may be accompanied by one or more parents if they so choose. Scheduled over the course of two days, students are encouraged to stay overnight in one of our residence halls and will attend a variety of planned events including registering for fall classes. Parents may stay in one of our local hotels or make special arrangements with Housing & Residence Life to stay in one of our residence halls for a separate fee. Freshman Dates: June 12-13, 2008 June 19-20, 2008 July 10-11, 2008 Freshman Cost: $50 per student $15 per parent Non-refundable fees will be charged to the student’s account.
Ø Transfer Students & Parents: These one day sessions are specifically for students who have attended another college or university for one or more semesters. Included in the day’s events are meetings with faculty and administrative staff and registering for fall classes. Transfer Dates: June 17, 2008 July 8, 2008 Transfer Cost: $25 per student $10 per parent Non-refundable fees will be charged to the student’s account.
