Office of Institutional Grants

The purpose of the Office of Institutional Grants is to provide support to faculty and staff for securing external support from federal, state, and non-federal sources including foundations and corporations.

The Office of Institutional Grants maintains an official file of contracts and grants and is the office responsible for reporting all external funding to IHL and other entities as needed.

All grants and contractual agreements which place obligation on DSU must be authorized by the University and can only be entered into by the President, Provost/Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Associate Vice President of Finance and Administration, or the Director of Institutional Grants.

The Office is under the direction of the Associate Vice President, Finance and Administration and is guided by a Grants Advisory Council.

Workshops, training and technical assistance are offered throughout the year to interested faculty and staff.
