Delta State University MSBDC in Cleveland, Mississippi, is a non-profit, professional, small business assistance service funded by DeltaStateUniversity, the U. S. Small Business Administration, and the MississippiSmallBusinessDevelopmentCenters. The program is designed to provide assistance to individuals interested in starting a small business and with business planning, financial analysis, management, and marketing for existing business. Services are provided at little or no cost. Our service area covers thirteen counties in the Delta region of Mississippi. These counties include Bolivar, Carroll, Coahoma, Grenada, Humphreys, Issaquena, Leflore, Quitman, Sharkey, Sunflower, Tallahatchie, Tunica, and Washington. The mission of the DeltaStateUniversitySmallBusinessDevelopmentCenter is to help small businesses in the Mississippi Delta grow and prosper.
