Dr. Corlis Snow

 Dr. Snow received her Doctor of Education degree in Elementary Education from the University of Mississippi and her Master of Education degree in Elementary Education from Delta State University. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Education with an emphasis in reading from Delta State University.

Dr. Snow began her career as a second-grade teacher at Ray Brooks School in Benoit, Mississippi. She began her college teaching career in 2001 at Delta State University.

She is a former registered nurse with 15 years of practice as a home health professional.

 

Scholarly interests: Early literacy instruction, Principals’ perceptions of reading issues and Literacy Coaches, Diagnosis and remediation of reading difficulties

 

Hobbies: Reading children’s literature

               Visiting zoos and aquariums
