Teachers who have completed an undergraduate degree in elementary education may enter directly in to the M.Ed. in special education or may take the 21 hour sequence to receive endorsement to an A license. This 21 hour sequence is a K-8 endorsement. The M.Ed. leads to an AA license in special education: mild/moderate disabilities, K-12.
