Health Care Day Schedule

10:00am – 11:00am                                   Employer Load-in

-  Nowell Student Union

Career Service Student Ambassadors will be on hand to assist with load-in.  After unloading, please proceed to the parking lot south of Wyatt Gym/Aquatic Center.  A shuttle service will be provided to transport you back to the event site. 

11:00am – 12noon                                     Employer Luncheon

-  Nowell Student Union State Room

A sit-down, hot lunch will be provided for exhibitors.  A limited number of vegetarian options will be offered. To request a vegetarian option, please contact us at (662) 846-4646. 

12noon – 3:00pm                                     Health Care Day 2007

-  2^nd Floor East & West Lobbies

Delta State University is an institution of higher learning; therefore, class schedules may prohibit students from attending earlier in the day.  We respectfully ask that employers remain at their exhibits until the end of the event in order to ensure access to all students.  Additionally, we will be drawing for door prizes at the end of the day. 

3:00pm – 4:00pm                                     Employer Load-out

Career Services Student Ambassadors will be on-hand to assist with load-out.  After the event, we encourage you to visit many of the attractions the City of Cleveland and surrounding areas have to offer.  A customizable shopping itinerary can be compiled for you by calling our office.
