Notes:
The Graduate Assistant position requires 360 work hours per semester (average 25 hours/week) on an established schedule that fits with the student’s course demands, which will include weekdays, weeknights, and some weekends. Stipend: $6,400 for a four-month position (Fall 2013 semester). The Graduate Assistant must pay his/her own tuition, student fees, parking pass, housing, meals and books. Tuition for Full-Time Graduate Students (9-13 hours) is $3,006 for the Fall 2013 semester. Employment contract runs August 14, 2013, through December 13, 2013. Position Overview:
Each RA will be assigned to support a (our group of) Relationship Manager (RM), Primary responsibilities include: the analysis and preparation of credit applications up to $10M in customer exposure to assist the RM and customer in properly structuring loans/services provided by RAF. (Depending upon complexity the RA may assist in preparation of larger credits above $10M with the supervision and signoff of a Sr. RA.) Major Duties:

The purpose of the Pathways Intern Employment Program is to provide the intern with exposure to public
service, enhance educational experience, and provide financial support to encourage and support educational
goals. The program is formally structured to give interns the opportunity to work in positions related to their
academic/career goals. Participant completes assigned duties, tasks, readings, and developmental activities
specified in the program. A written agreement is required between the employing Center and intern. Within
120 calendar days after completing educational requirements, the employing agency may non-competitively
promote and convert an intern to a career/career-conditional or term appointment. The conversion is not
guaranteed and is based on the need of the agency.
