How do I log into banner?
Same as before with the same username and password, this is just a web interface to banner.

When I access a form, the form name gives me “invalid version”?
Please call the helpdesk to report the problem so that it can quickly be resolved. Version checking is enabled in banner to ensure the forms are at the appropriate level so banner works properly.

Which Database do I log into?
DSU – is the production database, PPRD is the test or pre-production database used for resolving issues, upgrades, processes before applying to production

How do I access the banner documentation?
In the upper right hand corner of the banner window is an open book icon. Click the icon and it will open the docs.  You will needs adobe acrobat reader installed.

How do I open multiple banner windows? 
Double click the web banner icon for each instance of banner.

Can I close the web browser once a banner window opens? 
No, if you close the browser window or use that same browser window to go to another site, it will close your banner session.  Open a new Internet Explorer window to go to another site.
