Administrative Systems
The mission of Administrative services is to provide reliable, quality support and management of the Administrative Systems utilized by the DSU community. The areas supported range from the nine different modules of the ERP software SCT Banner. They include: General, Student, Finance, Human Resources, Finance, Financial Aid, Accounts Receivable, Position Control, Student Self-Service, Faculty Self Service, and Alumni Self Service. We also support and manage any technologies that interface with SCT Banner. Also Administrative services supports and manages the Oracle database which serves as the backend database for the SCT Banner Software.
