Web Services

Web Services strives to provide the University’s viewing audience with an exceptional web experience through the deployment of internet technologies and web based applications. We encourage and promote the contributions of Web publishing and the use of Web technologies at Delta State University (DSU) by coordinating the Office of Information Technology’s (OIT) Web support service for the Faculty, Staff, and Students and by providing leadership for the entire DSU Website.

In addition to Web management and support services, Web Services collaborates with many DSU organizations in developing Web-based applications and also assists other OIT units to provide access to general and specialized web servers to the campus community.

The primary function of Web Services is to support web publishing at DSU by providing training, consulting, online documentation, and web publishing guidelines and standards. We work with the Web Oversight Committee to implement and support the decisions they make to benefit the entire user experience at DSU and we want to work with you too!

Web Services staff provides consulting support and are available by appointment.
