User Services

User Services oversees the OIT Central Help Desk and University Switchboard, Desktop Support Technicians, Media Services and Event Planning, Student Technology Consultants, University public computing labs, assists with technology planning for both new facilities and renovations, assists with procurements needs, manages University site licenses and establishes standards for desktop computing on the campus.
