University Internet Latency Issue

An issue has been identified with the Touchnet Online Payment processing application.  Vendors for the Touchnet application have requested that we restart DSU Online Services to attempt to resolve the issue.  At 1:15 PM today, we will restart the service.  We anticipate that DSU Online Services will be offline for approximately 10 minutes.  This will not affect Banner or any running Banner processes.
