Off-Campus and Electronic Reserve Access Has Changed

You will no longer use your social security number to login to electronic reserves or to the databases remotely.

To locate your new University ID, please follow the steps below:

For Students and Staff

1. Go to DSU Online Services (located by clicking on the My DSU link on the DSU homepage)

2. Sign In (Using your current login information).

3. Click on Student Services and Financial Aid.

4. Click on Registration and then the first link, Select Term.

5. Your new 9-digit ID is located in the top right corner of the Select Term screen. It will look something like this: "900123456 John Doe." The date and time will be located directly underneath. 

For Faculty 

1. Go to DSU Online Services (located by clicking on the My DSU link on the DSU homepage)

2. Sign In (Using your current login information).

3. Click on Faculty Services.

4. Click on Term Selection.

5. Your new 9-digit ID is located in the top right corner of the Term Selection screen. It will look something like this: "900123456 John Doe." The date and time will be located directly underneath.


Use this new number to login to the electronic databases and to electronic reserves. You will no longer use your social security number when accessing the databases off-campus.

Passwords: The password to access the databases will remain your 6-digit date of birth (e.g. 052682 for May 26, 1982). The password for electronic reserves will remain a 4-digit PIN number that you can get from the Circulation Desk at Roberts-LaForge Library.
