Veterans Education Benefits
The Registrar’s Office (Kent Wyatt Hall 152) will process paperwork for students who qualify for veterans education benefits.
Students should bring any documentation and the following veterans forms to the Registrar’s Office to process their educational entitlement:
Reserve or National Guard - Notice of Basic Eligibility (NOBE) (Form DD-2384 or DD-2384-1)
Montgomery GI Bill active duty - DD-214 Member Four copy
All students receiving benefits from the VA must complete a DSU VA Information form each semester they wish to receive benefits. All graduate students must also complete a DSU Verification of VA Enrollment form each semester. These forms must be returned to the Registrar's Office.
