Media Services

Media Services and Event Planning, formerly known as Audio Visual loan, provides technology equipment to the campus for various official campus events and projects, assists with technology production including sound and video, and provides media equipment for checkout to DSU faculty and staff.  To reserve technology equipment or request technology services for an event on campus, complete and submit the event form on the reservation page to your left, or call the OIT help desk @ 4444.  If you prefer, please come by Bailey 114 to make your reservations in person. 

Equipment loans are not made to students.  Equipment Reservations require a 72 hour notice.  Equipment not reserved in this timeframe may not be available for use.
