Dr. Luther Brown, director of the Delta Center for Culture and Learning at Delta State University, was a recent speaker at the Vicksburg Rotary Club. Brown spoke about the Mississippi Delta National Heritage Area, and the Delta’s recent designation as a National Treasure by the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
