Planned Banner Maintenance

**Important note:**
Extended Maintenance Window Service Outage: Wednesday, December 19, 2012 5:00 PM - Saturday, December 22, 5:00 PM CST
OIT will perform a mandatory upgrade to the University’s Banner system during the extended maintenance window beginning Wednesday, December 19, at 9pm central. OIT is performing this upgrade to keep Banner current.
Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at 5:00 PM until Saturday, December 22, 5:00 PM CST – Extended interruptions to the following services will occur
· Banner (University ERP System)
· DSU Online Services
All other University systems will remain operational during this time. If you experience any difficulty accessing these systems after the service window, please contact the Help Desk @4444 for assistance. We will provide updates as soon as we have additional information. For updates, please see www.deltastate.edu/oitalerts . Thank you for your patience in this matter.

Tonight at 11:00pm (CST) OIT performed emergency maintenance on the Banner database system to resolve a corruption in a small segment of the database. Services have been restored to the following services:
· Banner ERP System
· DSU Online Services (including Faculty, Student and Employee Self-Service)
