The Delta Center for Culture and Learning at Delta State recently introduced the Soul For Seniors travel club to the cultural heritage of the Mississippi Delta and the Mississippi Delta National Heritage Area.  The group is based in Desoto County.  They traveled down Highway 61 to Clarksdale, and took Highway 49 to Indianola, where they experienced the B. B. King Museum before heading back through Cleveland on their day-long expedition.  They were accompanied by Luther Brown, director of the Delta Center, which is the manager of the Mississippi Delta National Heritage Area.
