Jeff and Jeri Marshburn of Corona, Calif., whose children Tucker and Piper are members of the Delta State swim team are committed to lending support to the program through an annual gift that includes a matching gift from Costco.

Coach BrianHein stated, “We are very fortunate that the Marshburn’s have been so generous with their donations. The donations have covered feeding the team over school breaks, buying essential equipment, and helping us to purchase technologically advanced swimming suits.”

“Their donations enable the swim team to compete at the highest level. The donations truly could not have come at a better time for us, and I invite everyone to make a difference with their gifts just as the Marshburns did,” said Petya Petrova, coordinator of Delta State Aquatics Operations.

“Costco is a one to one matching gift company. So every dollar Jeff and Jeri have donated to the swim team has been matched by Costco,” said Keith Fulcher , Executive Director of the Alumni/Foundation. “Other companies that match gifts include Baxter, Atmos, Monsanto, Shell Oil, State Farm, Entergy, and Exxon. We invite parents, alumni, and friends to take advantage of available matching gift programs.”
