The Delta State University Department of Art will serve as host to an opening exhibition of work by Jack Willis, former Delta State Fine Art faculty member, on Thursday, Jan.15 in the Wright Art Center Gallery on campus.
A closing reception will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 15 in the Gallery.
Willis has developed a fascinating range of work in a number of different media. He addresses problems in art from abstraction to reflexivity with both interest and power.
The exhibit and reception are free and open to the public.
