Delta State Career Services’ Spring Teacher Recruitment Day saw 44 employers from across the state, as well as Tennessee and Arkansas, vying for Delta State education majors. About 150 students took advantage of the recruitment fair to check employment offers from the various school districts. A quote left by one of the employers read: “I always look forward to coming to Delta State University’s teacher recruitment day, because the students are well prepared. It’s one of the best, most well organized job fairs I’ve attended this year.”
Spring Teacher Recruitment Day was held March 10, in the 2nd floor lobbies of H.L. Nowell Union on the campus.
