The Bologna Performing Arts Center (BPAC) at Delta State University plans to screen three films on its big screen in the Delta & Pine Land Theatre.
All tickets are $5 for general admission seating, and are available at the BPAC Ticket Office, by phone 662-846-4626, or online www.bolognapac.com. Face coverings are required, and all patrons will have their temperature checked prior to entry. Weather permitting, we’ll also have food trucks outside in the Sculpture Garden beforehand if you’d like to join us for dinner!
The screenings begin on Tuesday, October 27, with the film Goosebumps 2 – Haunted Halloween. Two boys unleash Halloween monster mayhem when they open a mysterious locked book they found in an old abandoned house – including witches, werewolves, and giant gummy bears. Rated PG. Run time 120 minutes. Blend in and wear your favorite Halloween Costume.
On Thursday, October 29, we are thrilled to present a Hitchcock Double Feature. The excitement begins at 6:30 PM with The Birds. Director Alfred Hitchcock’s thriller centers on a California coastal town under avian assault. Rated PG-13. Run time 120 minutes. The frights continue with Psycho at 9:00 PM. A psychotic motel owner obsesses over his late mother while becoming a suspect in a murder case involving one of his recent guests—a pretty secretary who checked in after impulsively stealing $40,000.
