Volunteer to Clean Roadside at Adopt-a-Highway in Cleveland Oct. 12, Dec. 7, Feb. 15

Delta State University students, faculty, and staff, along with the greater community, are invited to help alumnus Dr. Alvin L. Ward II, B.S.S. ’12 (computer information systems), MBA ’13 (information systems management), who teaches at Mississippi Valley State University, clean a stretch of Highway 61 that he adopted in Cleveland.

The location begins at the intersection of Highway 61 and Rosemary Road and ends at the Jehovah’s Witness Kingdom Hall going north. The initial adopt-a-highway sign is in the grass next to the Cannon dealership across from Baxter, and the other sign is in the grass outside of the Kingdom Hall.
