Delta State University offers an extensive Orientation program each summer for new students enrolling for the fall semester. Sessions for entering freshmen and transfer students who have been admitted to the university, and parents of first-time students, will be held in April, May, June and July. Freshmen and parents attend a two-day program, while transfer students and parents attend for one day only.

- June 27-28th Freshmen III
- July 1st Transfer IV

The cost to attend the freshmen session is $65 per student and $25 for each additional guest. The cost to attend the transfer session is $40 per student and $20 per additional guest. Guests are limited to two per student.
Attendees are asked not to mail a check or bring cash upon arrival. The student’s account will be charged in Fall 2016.
