Dr. Roland Herts (right), director of the Delta Center for Culture and Learning at Delta State University, was a recent panelist at Mississippi Action for Community Education’s 10th annual Delta Dialog in Greenville, preceding the 37th annual Mississippi Delta Blues Festival.
Herts provided an overview of the Mississippi Delta National Heritage Area, as well as current work going on in the Delta Center. Joining Herts was Chester Smith (left), moderator for the panel, and Zack Holifield, international travel trade program manager for Visit Mississippi.
